As we all know lighting is very important while shooting video.
But what are the most positive and negative sides and how do you keep control over it.

In low light conditions you need to have lenses which are capable of capture as much light as possible. Also the ISO needs to kick up and produce more noise therefore lighting is a necessary.
It takes lots of practise and a lot of common problems will accure while doing so but using it right gives you the most flexible ways in post.

For every light source that is being used a shadow will accure.
You need to get all the spots right in order to create softer shadows which can take up a lot of time when the subject is moving while recording.
Also lights can produce extreme heat which can turn a set into a sauna.

I thought it would be nice to have a topic where everybody talks about his/her pro's and con's using lighting.
